What if I do not edit my shipping address before settling payment?

If the Goods are delayed can I claim damages from Edealbest.com?
We will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that the Goods are delivered on time, but We shall not be liable for any loss arising from any delay in delivery. Delay in delivery shall not entitle You to cancel the order.

Once package has left from Edealbest.com, it will take 1-3 business days to process in Post system. Please wait a little more time and try it again later. We choose products to sell based on their excellent designs and proven reliability. Therefore, the quality is guaranteed. We check all of your orders during the packing stage to make sure that the right accessories are included. We have a QC team who tests your ordered products are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. This is in addition to the normal quality assurance checks that all the goods have passed in the factory line.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel an order within 12 hours after the payment made. The cancellation will be eligible for a full refund. If you would like to cancel your order over 12 hours of order payment, please contact our customer service representatives for further assistance as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, it could no longer be cancelled and would be handled by following our Return & Replacement Policy only.
Can i return products after purchasing for a refund or replacement?
Any returns must be discussed with Edealbest’s Customer Support in advance, and authorized so they are sent with the correct paperwork. All returned products must be sent together with the original packaging and accessories unless an exception is agreed in advance.I
f you are returning goods and requesting a repair, replacement or refund under the warranty, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for sending them to the Edealbest.com warehouse in China. Edealbest is unable to reimburse you for this expense .
When I return the goods, who willbe responsible for freight Cost?
The buyer shall be responsible for all shipping, insurance, and handling charges (where applicable) when returning the items to Edealbest.com. Shipping and handling fees shall not be credited to your account. Edealbest.com shall not be responsible for losses and breakage during the return shipping process. It is highly recommended that the buyer purchase shipping insurance and use a tracking number when shipping the goods.
Can Edealbest.com replace a returned product with different model?
Yes, if the returned model is no longer available, replacements will be the closest available functionally equivalent model, however, Edealbest.com reserves the right to replace returned products with newer models which may not be functionally compatible with the original system in which they were used.
